I thrive on using my longtime theatre background to craft role-play scripting based on real-life examples and stories. I love telling stories using data and proven best practices. I think this drastically improves understanding of material, helps increase employee confidence, and drives better teamwork.

 

Designing imaginative and innovative training material, delivering unique and engaging learning experiences, having open and honest group discussions, and facilitating hands-on practice are just a few of my passions. Applying design thinking to my projects means empathy, awareness, and impact are the key drivers to my process.
